Record Keeping Evaluation

As bookkeepers and accountant you know the value of keeping accurate records to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

The Australian Taxation Office has released a 'Record Keeping Evaluation Tool' to assist business operators to assess how well their record keeping meets those requirements.

Basically, it will help you or your clients to identify what documents you should be keeping and helps you to evaluate how good your current system is performing. It does, however, rely on you answering the questions honestly!
